Private, secure, and Sun filled, warm 3 bedroom place. 2 min walk to beach 5 min walk to shops. Bus stop out front with express services to city. 3 min drive to kingston and kingston beach, More shopping and restaurants. Sunny deck with wood fired pizza oven, medium sized yard. Large full bathroom and a second separate toilet. 2 house mates. We have a cat and a dog. Room is unfurnished but can help out if needed. Internet is included in rent, power is split 3 ways each month. Easy going and clean house mates, Im female 41 and my house mate is a 41 year old male. Both work full time and not home much. Great neighbourhood and neighbours. Room will be available from March 17th 2025
