The successful applicant will have to sign an agreement and have it witnessed/signed by a Commissioner for Declarations (e.g. Police) and a Justice of the Peace. Not looking for anyone to sign onto the lease at this stage.

A trial period of 2-4 weeks can be arranged, rent will have to still be paid during this time. Room is unfurnished at present.

I am a Full-Time PhD Candidate at UTAS in creative arts. I work from home 2-3 days a week and in office/campus most days for the remainder. My timetable can be quite flexible due to the nature of my research.

Be friendly/nice, respect each others peace and quiet, space, property and privacy. Be extremely clean and tidy - this is VERY important.
