Home Description
Description of the home
Our house is only one year old and is modern and fresh. We have a lovely big entertainers deck which is great to sit out on to drink you morning coffee as it is north facing and great in the evening particularly in the summer with the fire on and a gin and tonic.
House is double glazed and we are surrounded by Tassie bush.
We are on the bus route to UTAS and Hobart city which is handy and Mount Nelson has a fantastic corner store that sells everything and has a great bottle short also connected to it.
Signal Station is just a short walk from our home and there are plenty of bush walks and bikes trails to explore in the area.
Furnished room has everything you need including a very comfortable large single bed, built ins and desk with chair and plenty of cupboard space.
Other room is larger and will be empty but if need can have a double bed put in. It has a build in robe and is a sunny room
Bathroom will be share by the two rooms

We are looking for two flat mates to share our home.
We are pretty quiet but can be pretty social at times.
I like a social drink and have friends and family over from time to time.
I enjoy cooking and cook most night and don't mind sharing a meal once or twice a week.
If you want to share essentials then that's fine with me.
We have a great entertainers deck.
We don't find if you smoke outside on the deck but no inside smokers or sneaky bedroom smokers please.
We are pretty laid back and respectful of reach others space.
Its a pretty good place place to live.
Ollies a great kid.
Respects each others privacy but also doesn't mind abit of social interaction as well.
Pays the bills on time.
Has a good sense of humour.
Pretty clean and tidy.
99% of the time he is awesome it's just the 1%......... what can I say he's a rescue kitten from 10 lives
