About occupants
Hi I am Tessa and I am a young active 53 year old with lots of interests. I work a mix of consultancy and teaching as well as volunteer.

I have recently moved to Tasmania from Melbourne (arrived July21) and have rented a great centrally located house.

Would like to find a flatmate to meet new people and to assist with paying the bills.
Ideally someone with common interests, who independent and respectful of peoples space.

I have travelled extensively around the world (pre Covid19) and have lived in many different shared houses
Compatible people
I am looking for easy going flatmate who likes to socialise sometimes over a drink or shared meal but is also independent and has their own outside interests and friends.

As this is my home - someone who is responsible and respectful of my furniture and art etc. Someone who cleans up after themselves...note I am not a clean freak but I would hope future flatmate would pitch in with keeping house clean and tidy.

Preferably someone working full-time but will consider part-time and students
