About occupants
Harry is 25, a PhD student at UTas also undergoing an internship in the first half of 2020. Quiet, conscientious and respectful.

Georgia is 20, studying at UTas. Bubbly, sociable and relaxed. Coeliac disease, so requires a fully gluten-free kitchen.
We are pretty relaxed and just looking for a peaceful but fun home for work and study. We enjoy playing board games and video games. And would look forward to sharing a meal once a week as a household.
Compatible people
We are looking for a friendly, flexible and respectful flatmate who also loves animals and will treat Nutmeg like a member of the family. We understand the need for privacy in your room and ask that you respect the same, shared spaces will be clean and tidy. Someone interested in sharing a meal together on a weekly basis if our schedules permit would be nice as well.
Description of pets
We have a 6 month old dog, Nutmeg, who is very well behaved and loving. She is a member of the family. She's energetic but respectful when people are doing other things. Loves to play fetch and go on walks. She is house trained and we are working on her comfort being outside for longer periods alone. She has no behavioural issues.
