We have regimented routines although we are relaxed and like plenty of communication to keep the flow of everyone's routine comfy, and we usually sleep early, and rise early. We are all in our thirties. Every now and again we may have a friend or couple over for dinner, or watch a movie but we communicate regarding noise/use of kitchen etc.
Compatible people
We are looking for a relaxed, empathetic, quiet, friendly human to move in with us. We are busy professionals with routines, who have both lived in share-housing and understand space, respect, personal routines, consideration to night-time noise cut-offs, excess noise (slamming, banging), sharing utilities, participating in allocated house chores and are relaxed, homely and consider this home a safe, warm, secure and comfortable space. We are expecting someone who can do the same, and someone empathetic to neurodivergence and mental health.
Description of pets
Louie is a Hypoallergenic almost 2 year old Spoodle and is a learner service animal, and prescribed PSA (psychiatric service animal). Well behaved, well trained and usually will bark when an abrupt or new noise gets his attention. Louie is friendly, gentle, attentive and off-duty at home. We prefer him to be kept out of the kitchen at all times, unless in winter when we have the fire going we will put a blanket on the floor for him. I pick up after him regularly in the backyard. He is bathed in the bathroom and fed in his crate.
