Looking for a single person working in the area or working remotely. (couple negotiable) Sharing with owner, and son, so police check and good references politely requested and would be an advantage to applicant. Some repairs (windows & fence construction) ongoing but not in bedroom to be let. Can provide bedding if required.

About occupants
We are easygoing social people. Currently we stay mostly in Melbourne so you would have the place to yourself a lot. Of course weekends and holiday times we like to get some gardening done around the place. :) The house is needing some exterior repairs and some fencing work will need to be done by owner, however it is quite comfortable and well equipped.
