I am looking to rent out 1 room with ensuite and 1 extra room to be used as personal lounge room . Both rooms have reverse cycle AC and carpet.
There is a pool and large kitchen, and if needed you can utilise half of the garage.

Unfortunately no kids or pets.

Reference are a MUST and will be throughly checked. Bond is 2 weeks rent.
All bills included in the rent (inc internet).

We value a clean, tidy and functional home. I do not work and am home most days, so would prefer somebody that works full time, however can be flexible with this for the right person.

Share kitchen and laundry, with own lounge room, bedroom and bathroom (ensuite).
