Older style renovated house with a separate toilet to the bathroom which has a full size Bath and separate shower which is also quite large. The loungeroom is large. breakfast bar station setup. all polished timber floors throughout. the house laundry with washer and dryer. The kitchen has all modern appliances.

The loungeroom is large and is fully furnished we do have a separate dining space however at present don’t have a dining table but something I am happy to consider purchasing one if requested.

Internet is a monthly expense and is split equally and paid in advance it is 5G.

Also contributing to things like household essentials such as garbage bags dishwasher tablets, rinse aid, dish soap, cleaning products and toilet paper are all split equally and brought in bulk so need to remember to factor that into your budget currently we pay into this a weekly amount.

You need to supply your own washing machine products.

own food and wii have your own cupboard to store anything in and the same fridge/freezer wise

I have am home 90% of the time as I have am a huge dog lover and currently I also have A registered therapy dog for myself and I have a cavalier as well. I love cooking and gardening always available for a chat if would like to,willing to lend a hand if needed. I treat others how they treat me and I am huge on being honest and expect the same. I am a non smoker however I do not hold that against people it is to just be done outside non negotiable on that and no butts are to be left on the ground.

North 2.7yrs Therapy Dog who will give you all the love you could ask for. He gives the best cuddles and hugs anyone could ask for.
