The house has a fly screen enclosed deck/ sunroom with Venetian doors to the main lounge room with access onto the back deck, down the stairs to the large back yard where my dog spends most of her time.
Shared spaces would be the large kitchen, laundry, back deck area, garage and backyard.
There is a spare room that guests can stay in when needed, with access to my main bathroom.
I’m very easy to live with and looking forward to finding someone the same, approachable, kind, clean, considerate of noise and spaces 😌
