About the occupants
Two current housemates, quiet, friendly, professionals, they keep to themselves mostly. I visit on weekends and holidays to do landscaping projects. I stay in a cabin out the back. There is a shared roster for chores, we all pitch in to make it a welcoming, clean and homely space. No smokers at all - I'm a severe asthmatic.

Reliable, clean, tidy, respectful - pitches in to keep the home a nice place to be. Is mindful of others sleeping when making international calls or watching TV (use headphones) late at night. Absolutely no smoking at all. It's life threatening for me.
