Looking for a housemate to share spacious 4 bedroom home with.
The home is in a new estate, a very quiet and problem-free area, 10 minutes drive from town. It is a furnished house (except your room). Shared kitchen, dining, lounge (x2), laundry, (between the 2 tenants). You will have your own bathroom and seperate toilet.
The house itself is only 18 months old, it’s large and very spacious. The kitchen, dining area and one lounge room are all open plan, and the bedrooms are very generous in size. There is a second lounge room. The backyard is large and includes an outdoor patio.
You will be living with 1 female roommate who works, enjoys own space but also happy to hang out as housemates at times. You will also be living with a very friendly dog and cat. Both very well behaved and love people.
