Room available in a lovely 4 bedroom house located only a couple blocks away from Newstead Coles. There is lots of street parking, but is also the perfect location from the cbd for someone who doesn’t drive (20min walk). There’s one bathroom, but two toilets in the house, a washing machine and fully set up kitchen. The bedroom is unfurnished however we have lots of couches and a spare bed if needed while setting up your bedroom.
