1.5 bedrooms (including linen, towels etc) with storage, main bedroom has a queen bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and airconditioner. Single room has a single bed and chest of drawers, cooled by a ceiling fan.

Separate study with desk, office chair and additional storage.

Large open plan living (including smart TV) and dining area.

Kitchenette (fridge, microwave, benchtop hotplate, cutlery and crockery).

Private entry.

Sliding doors onto own patio area from bedroom and study.

Own bathroom with walk-in shower.

Shared downstairs laundry (washing machine, dryer for the rainy days).

Additional information:
Large easy-care garden around the house, happy for any occupant to apply their green thumb to help beautify!
We would like to continually improve the downstairs area, which may include some painting and external carpentry. This would be coordinated with the occupant.
Upstairs will be occupied by the owner family, including a 12 year old and young Cavoodle. We are mindful of noise transfer between upstairs and downstairs.
Looking for clean, employed individual or couple.
