Apartment facilities include indoor heated pool, sauna, gym, lounge/ media room, meeting room, cinema and virtual golf room. No parking available (can hire one if available). However, the 109 and 12 trams are very close (20 mins or so to the city). Bike storage available. Right by Yarra Bend parklands, and bikeways. Coles, Kmart, cinema and IKEA across the road.
The bedroom can include a bed if needed.
