Trams on door step, 5 minutes walk to Victoria gardens shopping centre, river side walk from the back of the building. I have being renting this room on Airbnb and it's got 5 stars rating but I'm going back and forth to interstate this winter and I'm looking for house mate who is clean and trustworthy for 6 months. They will be alone most of the time.
