Description of the home

Our flatmate is finishing her studies and moving onto an exciting new chapter! We are looking for a woman preferably 30+ to join our household for a minimum of 6 months (12 mths preferred).

🏡 About the house:

We are right next to the Yarra River and surrounded by Yarra Bend, with countless MTB and hiking trails, boathouses, kayaking and sunset views of the city.

The property is a large 2 storey, 3 BDR, 1 Bath townhouse within the community of nature lovers at Yarra Palms. Plenty of room to relax, spread out and have your own space. It has a large living area leading out to the courtyard with outdoor lounge and hammock, a 6 person dining area for dinner parties, separate laundry and 2nd toilet downstairs.

The bedroom has a lovely outlook across the tree tops, plenty of natural light and enough room for a double bed and side tables. It has BIR and you'll be comfortable with ducted heating and cooling. The bedroom also comes with an open office / lounge room as an extension of your room space. Great for a WFH area, with enough room for a couch and your plants.

🌿 About your housemates:

Ali - I live for trail life, camping, live music, photography and mum to beautiful boy, Liam. In my early 40s but young at heart. I work 9-5 as a Forensic Accountant (hybrid - 3 days in office , 2 at home).

Liam - A beautiful 11 year old who loves to chat, boardgames, swimming, hiking and exploring, and currently mad about Minecraft and Doors.

We are looking for a fellow nature lover to join our household who is considerate, respectful, takes pride in the house and pays rent / bills on time.

Easy access to bus, train and bike trails. A cyclist's dream with access to both Main Yarra Trail and Capital City Trail!

📝 Landlord is aware of new tenant incoming. You will need to apply through normal process to be added to the lease post initial inspection / interview and bond will be lodged with RTBA. Bond is 1 months rent and bills will be split 60/40 (your portion being 40%).
