Description of the home

Mother and 14-year-old Daughter, both w positive, friendly attitudes, seeking like-minded housemate for LONG-TERM house share.

Room is FURNISHED. (Currently furnished with comfortable double bed and nightstand, drawers in the bed frame, lamp, large built in closet with shelves and four point electrical extension. Twin beds available). (Hope not to have to move furniture, but will do if necessary).
This situation would work best for FEMALE, or MOTHER and child, a STUDENT, GAY MALE, a couple (ST or Gay).
(Temporary male students, who are working as well).

Preference for people who are working at least part-time and are out of the house on a schedule (because I currently work from home)

- Playground, cul-de-sac street, and trampoline
- rowing machine for shared use (if desired)
- 10-minute walk to Laverton train station, 7-min walk to Aldi and shops
- Bus stops nearby, alarm system, padlocked gate for child safety, washer
- Ample street parking (ONLY street parking available, but there’s lots of it)

My daughter is home for 5 nights per fortnight and half of school holidays. She is polite, insightful, and easy to get along with.

Our house is fantastic because it is large, furnished, and has a big, peaceful backyard with a pergola for enjoying a cuppa, and there is a bed for gardening if you like to garden as I do.

Also, 6-minute drive to water and beach, 5-minute drive to 100 Steps for amazing views, 9-minute drive to Altona Pier, 2-minute drive or bike to Skeleton Creek walking or biking path, and 15-minute drive to Werribee South Beach. All so close!😍

Weekly rent is preferred but one month’s refundable deposit is required to secure the place. Looking for $250/week ( single) (and $265/week for a couple)
House is in very good condition compared to other older ones and -

Apollo Fluid Rower, rowing machine for use
are ALL INCLUDED!

Paid cleaners has been the the best way to keep inhabitants from feeling grumpiness over who’s turn it is to clean. Peace, love, and joy in this house please😍
