Rent is $310pw single and $335pw couples, paid fortnightly and includes all bills (nbn, gas, water, electricity, chrome cast/streaming apps). $930-$1005 deposit + 2 weeks rent up front before moving in. Minimum 3weeks notice to vacate.

Quiet and friendly neighbourhood, 500m from a creek and walking tracks. 5min walk to Ardeer (regional) train station and bus routes with easy access to the city/Sunshine/Footscray (25min train to Southern Cross). Easy access to the ringroad. 3bedroom, 2 bathroom house, outdoor and private space.
