Great 2-bed cottage in a brilliantly located Armadale street.
It's close to the corner of Kooyong Rd & High St, Armadale - one block from High St shops, 350m to Armadale train station (several tram lines also the same distance away), 5 min walk to Glenferrie Rd, Malvern shops, restaurants & Coles supermarket, with a beautiful park & tennis courts around the corner. Malvern Central shopping centre is a 15 min walk.
It's an older style home but very clean, comfortable with a great back courtyard. I have a couple of pets so you'll need to love dogs (and not be allergic)!
The room is available furnished or unfurnished. Furniture available is a double bed, 2x wardrobes, desk & chair and a chest of drawers which doubles as a bedside table. Happy for you to use some or all the furniture, or empty the room if you have your own furnishings.

Looking for a housemate to share a great 2-bed cottage in a brilliantly located Armadale street.
I work full time, mostly at the office but the occasional day from home. Not a party house, but I'm always up for a chat and the occasional glass of wine! I'm very respectful of other people's space & privacy and would expect the same.
FAQ:
- Ideally I'm looking for housemates who are happy to commit to a minimum 3-month stay, but would consider a month to start to see if it's a good fit!
- There is a Euro-style laundry in the bathroom with washing machine & dryer.
- An on-street residents parking pass is available for use if you have a car.
I don't have a strict list of must haves, happy to meet to see if it's a fit for everyone. Cheers!
