-2 mins drive from Jordanville station. It also has a bus stop right outside of the door step to go to Chadstone, the Glen and Boxhill.
-5 mins drive to Chadstone.
-2 mins drive from Ashburton Woolworth
-2 mins drive from Ashwood high school
THE HOUSE
House will be fully furnished, you just need to bring your own kitchen stuff, cushions, and blankets etc.
Rooms come with built in wardrobe and can be furnished with a double bed and drawers etc if needed.

BORING STUFF
We have a cleaning schedule to follow; alternately we are happy to share for the expense for someone to clean the house once a week or something.
House is ready to move in and bond is one month of rent. Bills will be split.
