Hi,
I own a 3 bedroom townhouse in Aspendale and am looking to rent out rooms. It’s a two story in a gated complex. Under 200m from the beach and and under 200m from the station. House is fully furnished as I’ve bought all shared area furniture and appliances (two fridges, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven etc).
