Has a lounge suite, including sofa bed + TV and space enough that could fit a king bed. Plenty of natural light with large windows and double doors to an upstairs balcony looking over the backyard and neighborhood.

Tate is 22 and very much sticks to himself and his room when he is home. He works a lot so we really don't see him much. Very quiet and easy to get along with.
