Clean, spacious house with a good layout. air conditioning/ heating in living and 2 bedrooms. Very large garage for storage although is filled with my boys toys motorcycles etc but still room left. airport west Westfield, Keilor road shops, highpoint shopping centre, Tullamarine Airport within 10 mins drive. 12 mins drive to city no traffic. A couple mins drive to to Calder, Western and Tullamarine freeways.

House is set close to Steele creek parklands and Rosehill oval (skate recreation park) which is great for dogs as well and walking distance to local shops. Bus stop less than 500m walk which links to Essendon train station and Highpoint, Footscray etc. walking distance to Keilor East Leisure centre (just revamped and updated, pools, gym etc, tennis courts and more ovals)

Also have a 3 bed family beach holiday house, so my time will be spent between Melbourne and Rye beach holiday house where you will be welcome to enjoy with me. I have 4 motorbikes, a ute, trailer (can help move in your belongings ) and a spare convertible car so happy to Drive/ride you around to get you to destinations.

Room price and bills will be negotiable to the right applicant.

I also love music and play guitar when I can find some spare time but can plug in electric with headphones so quiet for anyone around, unless you’d like me to play and sing cover songs for you. lol. mabye after a couple of beverages.
occasionally smoke a cigarette outside but on my way to quitting. My dog Bailey is a well trained and behaved indoor/outdoor furry friend with a beautiful nature and soul. She is great with other dogs and all people. She also loves to cuddle up and just be next to someone. She will become your best friend.

Description of pets
I have a 1 year old girl red heeler named Bailey. she is well trained and behaved although gets excited when her love ones return home. She is super friendly and cuddly. So expect her to snuggle up with you when i’m not around although she pretty much comes to work and everywhere with me.
