Home Description

Description of the home

We live in a modern three-storey townhouse that is open plan and one of a kind, featuring a number of courtyards & balconies throughout, security entrance, heating & cooling split system units and polished floor boards in living areas. We will all have our own separate bathrooms, so the house is set-up for maximum privacy and comfort. And it’s ideally set on a quiet street, within walking distance to Carlisle St cafes, shops and Balaclava Station!

There is a double garage for additional storage and a shared office space, should you need.

The house is semi furnished, but as one of us is leaving with a few items, there will be room for a sofa or TV.( living room area)
Our landlord and agency are great, the landlord has only applied very minimal rent increases in the past.

Compatible people
Looking for a mature, respectful and easy-going housemate, who can clean up after themselves and be respectful. Ideally you are full-time employed and looking for a home rather than just a house share. We are looking for someone whose lifestyle is similar to ours, in that we enjoy our social lives but love and appreciate our relaxed, cosy home! Whilst this is not a party house, having friends over is of course more than welcome. You will need to be able to go on the lease for the property. There is also a carport but only small hatches can fit.
