Looking for someone to fill my room in this lovely shared home, preferably by the beginning of February to take over the last month of my lease! Unfortunately due to personal reasons the room has become available, and I will be very sad to be leaving ☹️

The house is in a great location with shops within a 5 minute walk and beaches a nearby drive away.

More details:
- Patterson train station and shops (including IGA), roughly 5 minutes walk away
- Brighton and Hampton beaches about 10-15 minutes drive away
- A big variety of restaurants and shops along Centre Road (3 minutes drive), including Woolies, Coles, Chemist Warehouse, op shops etc.
- A lovely park across the road and places to walk all around
- Gyms within 5 minutes drive

The house is a great size for all of us to live comfortably. There is lovely outdoor undercover balcony area and very spacious backyard.

Zak (26 years): Makes music, is a great chef, and personal trainer. Tends to be in and out of the house throughout the day.

Hossain (33 years): works in corporate, spends his time at work during the day, walking his lovely dog May, cooking, and working on his own business at home.

Matt (early 50’s): Enjoys golf, cooking, bike riding, and maintains the property.
