Car Parking in Driveway under Carport and front yard

My House will have 2 rooms available in Mid/Late March as 2 of my current housemates will be moving out.

Looking for an easy going person(s) who are easy going friendly and tidy to live with my current housemate (1 Male who is in the master bedroom which has an en-suite for him)

Please note the property is located in Berwick which is approx 45kms South East of Melbourne. Walking distance to 2 bus stops that go to Berwick Station/Eden Rise

You will share the newly renovated main bathroom and toilet with as well as the main Fridge/Freezer in the Kitchen (when both rooms are occupied)

Both Bedrooms are fully furnished (if needed) with Queen bed, Mattress 2 bedside tables and tallboy plus TV points, split system, ceiling fan and Cupboard. Happy if you have your own bedroom furniture as well.

There is a desk setup setup in the corner of the main lounge area for those who may need to work from home. Bedrooms are big enough for your own desk as well.
