Can be male or female but must enjoy living with quality social person and feel free to enjoy the modern beach lifestyle my house offers and bring around friends/partners etc is no problem. I have plenty of bbqs, social gatherings and breakfasts out over coffe laughing and chatting and watching movies or Foxtell in the evenings over a wine or beer or spend time by yourself working out in the commercial gym or in your large bedroom or relaxing in the big new bath or outdoor hottub.
