Looking to rent out two bedrooms to seperate people. Each room is very different yet modern and spacious. USB power points and a fan in each room with cabled internet to each room.
Each new occupant has the use of seperate lounge private area together and plenty of room for people hoping to work from home in home office set up.
The property also allows the shared use of pool and bbq area entertainment facility. We live between both our own homes and travel a lot so only here at times. Preferring professional employed people to share our place

Easy walking distance 900 meters to Boronia central and station and all the shopping centres including Safeway , Coles and Kmart and all the many different restaurants and shopping Boronia has to offer and knox city shopping centre is within walkable distance if you like a nice long stroll
The house is a large 4 bedroom place with multiple living areas and outdoor entertaining area which is ideally set up to share the space and is very well set up on all levels. The seperate lounge down stairs for the two renters we seek is Awsome to give that bit of privacy when needed and multiple entertaining areas and places to cook makes it even better

About occupants
I’m Darren 55year old and the owner of the property and my girlfriend Melissa 50 year old and we both live between our own properties to increase our time spent together. Prefer people that are quiet but not a mouse who has the ability to mix with other in a social settling and be respectful on all levels. If you take drugs or have a problem with alcohol please don’t bother as we are just not interested in anyone involved in it. Must be employed and be able to maintain a peaceful environment and be able to live in the proximity to others without any drama.

We are driven and have many hobbies including fishing and motor bike riding and especially travelling and fashion . Have vast experience in most things as have spent our life’s trying our hand at anything and everything. We have a small dog and have a lizard that I saved from being eaten by a crow on a job one day but I’m pretty sure Lizzy won’t bother u lol
