>There isn't much room for furniture around the house, i'm sure we could make some stuff work though. We need to invest in a kitchen island, so if you already have one, thats a huge bonus!

Jordan (she/her, 32). I love horses, science, cake decorating and inline skating. I am in my second year of a PhD (biomedical science) and spend a most of my time in the lab. I also work part-time at a late night pharmacy, mostly on the weekends. I am a big animal lover and currently have an elderly inside cat and a horse who is agisted nearby-ish. I like to spend time outside, especially with my horse, and try to do that as often as my schedule allows. If I can find the time, I love to bake and decorate cakes. Between studying, working and horsing, I don't spend a lot of time hanging around at home, but I'm usually seen into the mornings before I head off or if you're also a night owl, you'll likely spot me creeping in (very) late at night.

We respect each others belongings & keep noise to a minimum during late hours and we do the best we can to keep things clean, we aren't overly pedantic though. We are both very chill, friendly & looking for someone with similar vibes.
