About the occupants
Hi, I'm Jay, I'm 28 years old and work as a disabilty support worker as a casual. My shifts can be a bit all over the place, but when I am home I spend most of the time in my study playing games or doing art stuff. Although I am pretty introverted I do spend a bit time out with friends during the week doing casual sports and playing board games and I also go to gym a few times a week usually at night. I consider myself to be very clean, tidy and respectful person and would want the communal areas to stay pretty tidy.

I'm looking for a flatmate that is reasonably clean and tidy and also respectful and understanding of each others space. I do keep to myself a lot and am not necessarily looking to spend lots of time together, however I still want to be friendly and not have either of us feel uncomfortable when using shared spaces.
Description of pets
I have a cat named Henry who is roughly a year old. He is the sweetest little man and loves pats and palying up and down the hallway. He can be a little bit noisy when he plays and can also be pretty needy when he does want pats as I never seen to be able to give him enough hahah.
