Home Description
Description of the home
I'm looking for someone to move in roughly from the end of December to early/mid January. The listed room is unfurnished, but comes in with a built in wardrobe and desk, as well as an air conditioning unit for the room itself. The room has enough space to install a queen sized bed with room to spare.
The shared space is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, washing machine and sofa. There's a balcony with a clothes rack but I have plans to install a dryer with the washing machine. The toilet is shared but offers personal cabinets, and I like to keep it clean and organized. The building is southwest facing and offers a beautiful view, providing gentle natural lighting during the daytime.
My apartment is located in a condo building, and we have a pool and barbecue pits located on the rooftops, as well as a small condo gym. There is a large storage area in the basement where bikes and various bags or boxes can be safely stored. There is a parking lot provided in the building for drivers.
The building is situated across the road from Box Hill train station, with a bus stop and a tram stop in front of the building. There are various cafes located on the ground floor of the condo. Almost everything you would need is located roughly 5 minutes from the apartment. There's a Woolsworth and a Cole's located as well as various asian marts and eateries practically next to the apartment. If you enjoy running, there is a park located very closeby to the building, and there are various gyms located around the area within walking distance.

I work part time as a pt at various gyms and my job often requires me to be out in the early mornings. When I'm at home from uni or work I enjoy keeping to myself in my room, but I'm fully open to conversations with my flatmates or sharing a meal from time to time.
I have lived in this flat for the last year and I'm very reliable and timely with the bills so you won't have to worry about that.
