The price above includes 2 bedrooms (3mx3m each) in the house. One bedroom has been furnished with bed and mattress (can be unfurnished if required). The other bedroom is unfurnished. This is very suitable for someone who needs more space than their own bedroom. You can turn the other bedroom into your home office or your own living room as you wish. You also have access to your own toilet and your own main bathroom. You'll only share the house with 1 other housemate.

Location: just 3 minutes walk to Ballarat road with buses going directly to city (40min), Footscray (20min), Sunshine (10min), St Albans (30min), Highpoint shopping centre (10min). We are just 6 minutes walk to Derrimut gym and KFL in Braybrook.

The house: It's a 3 bedroom townhouse in a quiet and secure area. The house is fully furnished, including your bedroom. There's a garden bed at the back as well. The house is located in a gated complex with password protected access for security.

All bills (electricity, water, gas, NBN) are included in rent with reasonable use.

Off-street parking is available

Your housemate is a full-time videographer. He's clean and respectful of others' schedule and privacy but always open for a chat when he's available. Hence, we're looking for someone like-minded, tidy and responsible with their rent.

Smoking is not permitted.

Strictly no pets. No couple but partner visit on weekend is negotiable.
