We are 1 Aussie, 2 gals from NZ and 1 guy from India. We are all mainly shift workers and live busy independent lives. We all try to be mindful of each other in terms of noise, personal space and boundaries. This is not a party house or a place to have friends over. Absolutely no pets, no smoking, no drugs and no overnight guests.
Compatible people
Ideally you are share house trained, so you understand the importance of being very clean and tidy. Along with being conscious of energy usage, noise levels and contributing to household chores. We value open communication, honesty and respecting boundaries.
Preferably you are full time employed, as you will need to sign a lease and be approved by the property manager.
