This house is only 4 years old. Was built during the COVID pandemic. It is a two story executive town house. Still in good condition after many years. It features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Upon walking in on the ground floor you will find a bedroom on the left which comes with an ensuite. A hallway will lead you to the main living area which has a sofa, dining table and a cosy fully equipped kitchen. Another bedroom is situated next to the living area. Off the kitchen you can find a small laundry with washer, sink and skinny fridge. If you venture back through the living area you will find a timber stair case that leads you to the second story. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and one bedroom features an ensuite. Along with a shared tenant bathroom and separate toilet. Last but not least the house does have two outdoor clothes lines.
