The home itself is bright and airy and has a front balcony with the door accessing the street.
Your room will come furnished as the rest of the house, the room has a big wardrobe with 3 mirrored doors. The bathroom in the sharing area will be yours and guests, so you can use the all storage. The apt is a 15 minute walk from North Brighton station, Coles and plenty of cute cafes/restaurants/stores and is also walking distance to the beach. I do not have a car so you can use the car park. And I have a storage in the car park area which you will have plenty of storage.
Weekly rent is $350 pay monthly (excl bills), and the bond is 4 weeks rent. Move in date is quite flexible.
