The property is a gorgeous three-bedroom, two-bathroom house on Were Street, Brighton precinct. The train station is within walking distance, and we are a short walk to Dendy Beach. (The beach boxes).
A grocery shop sits next door, and the Oli & Ari cafe is across the road.
I do have a 5 year old daughter that is with me 50% of the time, and is in daycare 5 days a week.
