Located in Beautiful Brighton, walk to the beach, public transport at the steps. Super friendly family environment in a residential area.

A great way to meet locals and possibly other travelers.

Space to relax indoors or outdoors, cook, go for walks or bike ride (we have bikes you can borrow - no charge). Suitable for couples .

This room is upstairs on the 1st floor, facing South.

Not for guests that smoke (including vaping).

Ideal for couples or those after a decent size bedroom, in a friendly and social household.

This bedroom and the shared bathroom are upstairs. There is also a toilet downstairs.

We have a sun-filled outdoor space to enjoy the great outdoors.

If you are tidy, respectful, don’t smoke, don’t vape, don’t drink to excess and don’t take any drugs for addiction you could be an awesome fit.

Close to everything Brighton area has to offer beach. Bus stop almost in front of the home which takes you to Sandringham train line/Brighton beach station (7min, from there 27mins to city) or other direction to Frankston train line/Moorabbin station (4min by bus, then 34min to city ). Walking distance to Dendy park, 5min drive to Brighton beach or 30min walk, or take a the shared bike(s), 5mins drive to Church or Bay street, 10 mins drive to Southland.
Enjoy some of the fruits and herbs from our garden.
You can also borrow our spare push bikes (and also my EV car). Our house also has an outdoor spa bath.
