It’s a HOUSE so plenty of spaces and not like living in a small flat in the city. There is a car off-street parking at the back. The garage is full of sporty stuff tho.
The area is very nice. Trail, dog park, playground, tennis court. You can communicate to the city by a single bus stop to dockland which is only about 10 mins (+how fast you walk to the stop).
There is also coles near the bus stop as well.
I believe I have all basic living stuff covered.

Also have security cameras around the house just in case.
