Home Description
Description of the home
My new home is just perfect! But lucky for you I have a spare room! This isn’t so much a house share arrangement but a spare room in my home for someone to slide into while visiting Melbourne. You’d be welcome to stay for as little as a month.
Brunswick life is suited to shopping and two handed keep cup coffee holding Sundays after a bar-hopping Saturday night, filled with an ever-burgeoning scene of creative queers.
Sydney Road is the longest shopping strip in the southern hemisphere and is just 15 minutes from the city of Melbourne. Sydney Road is authentic, down to earth, and an experience you just can’t miss.
Brunswick lies on Wurundjeri land.
We are smack bang in the middle of Sydney Road, next to the ever popular A1 bakery, so all of the above temptations are literally at the door step. Set back from the street the apartment is full of peace and quiet.
We are between a train and tram line, and right beside a major bike path – the location could not be more convenient.
It should be noted that I love having people over for gentle hangs, and one Sunday a month a cook dinner for my friends but everyone is home by 10pm! (partying in our 30s done right!)
Here’s the Deal:
I am looking for a someone (sorry no couples) minimum 1 month.
Queer, Trans, and 420 (outside) friendly.
Looking for someone who works/studies and fits the vibe.
I am happy to meet people and show them through but not really in a rush so just checking to see who is about.
Rent and bills in advance to me monthly: $1729
Deposit Transfer to me: $798
