FEMALE ONLY Fully-furnished house. 5 kilometres city,Melbourne university, Monash campus Parkville, RMIT, English Language school hospitals, Union Square shops 350 metres, Barkly Sq shops 750 metres, train 750 metres, tram 19 and tram 58 and two bus routes running west to east. Restaurants, pubs etc close by.

The house is quite relaxed and has multi-split airconditioners in three places, two bathroom (two toilets and one containing a bath), two large refrigerators, washing machine. Wifi printer and WIFI. Park across the road with seats and barbecues. Unlimited internet, Two large refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, airfryer and rice cooker. Great outdoor area with a deck, Weber bar-b-que, chiminea for warmth during winter months for bar-b-que outside. Also there is an electronic piano in family area.
