Hi! We are looking for a new housemate to join our Brunswick home.
We are an established house and have been good friends for years, we are sadly only saying bye to our current housemate as she is moving in with her partner. We are looking for someone who will fit in well with our current living style and has shared interests and values with us.
Our home is in a great location. It offers close access to trains, trams, and bikeways. Perfect for commuters, there is parking available outside if needed.
Our house offers a back garden and spacious open plan kitchen and living area with sliding doors to provide lots of natural light and a lovely breeze during the summer.
You will be sharing with Dan and James who are two young professionals aged 33 and 30. Dan is a Project Manager in construction and James is a Radiographer at a local hospital.
We’re both easy-going, social, and enjoy good company—but we also respect personal space and quiet time. While we love a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, we’re not into house parties and want to keep our home a peaceful, comfortable place to unwind—especially with our varied work schedules.
The available room is the upstairs front bedroom.
