Description of the home

Hi mates! I've got two rooms available to rent in our dreamy Brunswick sharehouse. It's light-filled and a nice mix of old traditional Brunswick with modern features. Queer friendly is a must!

Rent went up a month or so ago so no rent increases for 12 months, and we're on a rolling month-to-month lease.

The house is mostly furnished, but anything you want to bring I'm sure we can make room! There's stacks of storage including a little shed out the back.

A few call-outs:

Kitchen: Huge oven, lots of storage and space.

Living spaces: We love a beautifully curated space, have heaps of plants and a fishtank as well. A tv, additional couch, or table are welcome but it's also functional and gorgeous as it is :)

Bathroom: We have a beaut eggshell bath (see pictures) sunlight, big shower with outstanding water pressure. It was renovated semi-recently and is honestly a delight. Separate toilet (yay).

Outside: We have a cute little front section with a couch, and love our back courtyard - sunny, lots of trees and a little (in-progress) veggie garden. We also have a small shed if you need a bit of storage. Apple, olive and lemon trees on the property which love to provide for us and the local possums.

Location: Perfectly central! We're halfway between Sydney Rd and Lygon St, super close to literally every major store and all the cute minor ones. Nearby you can find supermarkets, restaurants, pools, gyms, music venues, and a 7 minute walk to the 1, 6, or 19 tram lines.

We tend to share the basics with the idea of replacing what's run out.
