Heading overseas so my room will be available until the 6th of September (possibility to extend this for 2 more weeks). This room has a built-in wardrobe and spacious balcony. My desk will also be there for you to utilise during this time. The town-house is only a short walk from Sydney Road which has basically everything you could possibly need, and there are no shortage of parks near us as well. Walking distance to train, bus, and tram stops as well. Really great opportunity for someone looking for a shorter stay option!
Roommate is extremely chill and very easy to live with (trust me I could not possibly tolerate a bad roommate). Works full-time in the city and writes in his spare time. Also an avid movie lover and a great cook who will happily share dinner responsibilities with you. General tidiness standards expected, especially in shared spaces.
