The room also includes use of the shared living room and balcony, as well as its own dedicated balcony and ensuite. The bedroom has the original pressed tin sloping ceiling, original exposed beams and carpet.

The maximalist house is a terrace within a 1920s converted factory. There are only a small number of properties in the building, and my very kind, friendly and quiet neighbours are mostly in their 30s and 40s. The house is close to trains, trams and buses, and close to nightlife, shopping and cafes.
