The home has a fantastic balcony that will be wonderful for coffee and wine in the warmer weather. The living area is spacious and bright and the kitchen/bathrooms have a cool terrazzo tile look.

I am 36, working full time at Melbourne uni. I also have a side hustle as a food tour guide in the city, because pre-pandemic I was a tour guide in Europe and I miss it!
I predictably love most Melbourne things such as an overpriced coffee, wine or cocktail and eating out/lining up for pastry. Especially in Brunswick which I've only lived in for less than a year, so there's still much to discover!
I do try to keep this ageing body somewhat fit with Pilates and running after work! I work at home 2 days a week so there is a desk setup in the living space already. If you wfh at all it would be good if the days could be different to mine I think.
I love to cook and chill at home when I can so am very invested in having a nice home environment. However, I am very guilty of over scheduling gigs, theatre, dining out and travel etc so sometimes feels like I am barely home! Basically if we are respectful and good communicators I think it'll all be fine.
