🏡 The house is in an amazing location, halfway between Sydney Rd and Lygon St. Access to public transport (4 mins walk to trams, 8 mins to trains and bus), restaurants, thrift stores, gyms, grocery stores and much more is just a few minutes away.
It is a large, light-filled home with a great energy. It has a lovely front garden, paved central courtyard and rear garden. You will be able to find a sunny spot to sit outside no matter what time of day. 🦋
The spacious room is unfurnished, it has built-in cupboards and drawers.
The bathroom is shared with one other housemate (Laura).
We are looking for a wonderful new person to join our share house. It is a very musical/creative house, so extra points if you are either of those things!

Ana (30 F) is a disability support worker by day and a DJ by night. Ana loves to produce music, she is a brown belt in aikido, and loves to travel.
Laura (29 F) is a psych nurse. Interested in holistic therapy. She loves music, is a singer and a cheeky boogie. Often out for hikes.
Max (33 M) is a sommelier and a photographer. Often out for work and gigs or editing at home.
The Fourth magic element is Eluna, the cutest cat down under 🐱
Ideally in your late 20s - mid 30s
We work on different schedules, some late nights and some early morning so not really a party house but have a friend over for dinner anytime ⭐
