We’re 7 min walk to Nicholson St, 10 min to Sydney Rd, and 15min to Brunswick Market, restaurants, music venues, and lots of cheap shopping. It’s 8 minutes walk from Ceres Environment Park with birds, trees, Merri Creek (river) and markets and music Saturdays.
