We have a huuuuuuge unfurnished loft bedroom available in Brunswick East with an ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, aircon in the room, ceiling fan and plenty of room for a WFH set up and whatever else. (As it's a loft room and you can see in the last photo, this room does not have a door, but you have your own staircase and have the whole top floor to yourself 💅)

The house 🏡
Spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse, so no sharing bathrooms! 🥳 Modern kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, NBN and a bright open dining/living space. The downstairs area is mostly furnished, but any additional furniture is definitely open for discussion.
We have a Costco membership, so we never run out of toilet paper, paper towel or kewpie mayonnaise 🧻
The location📍
5 min walk from the 96, 1 and 6 trams, super close to Merri Creek, and even closer to Fleming Park. Very close to bars, pubs and restaurants on Lygon St, a Coles and most importantly a stone's throw away from Wildlife Bakery.

Betty (30) is working in the super industry, working mostly from home. She has an unhealthy obsession with products from Country Road, candles, and spends an obscene amount of time watching the Real Housewives (don’t worry she has a TV in her room). 😉
Jorja (she/her), 30, is a youth community worker and theatre writer and actor. 🌞🪩 She spends her time doing yoga, seeing theatre and films, writing, and spending time with her partner, family, and friends. She leads quite a busy life but always enjoy watching a movie or having a glass of wine at home with housemates. She’d love to live with someone who’s relaxed, community minded, politically progressive, kind, positive, and has their own life, but is keen for a chat and hang!! ✨
We’re looking for a woman in their 30s or late 20s, who is queer-friendly, reliable, tidy, communicative and with a full time job. We have busy schedules, but enjoy catching up and having a yarn outside of that.
