Hello! 🙂
We are looking for a housemate for our lovely home in Brunswick East just off Lygon St/Glenlyon Rd. - Great location close to PT. It's a four bedroom house with a big backyard, cute open kitchen/dining/living area, 1 bathroom and a janitor toilet and a shed out back that we share for movie nights, book clubs and as workshop/nursery.
Close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a little park just across the road and the merri creek a short bike ride away!
The three of us are mostly working in the arts/food sustainability . We all get along and it’s a very chill vibe in the house but we do our best to share the house chores and keep the place tidy and take care of our lovely veggie patch! 🌱 (Not a prerequisite but FYI at the moment we are a vegetarian household and we are loving it).
We're looking for someone preferably late 20s+ early 30s, friendly, clean and down to have an arvo beer or a tea out the back, but who is also respectful of alone time. Someone employed and/or studying is a must as well as someone who has experience living in share houses.

-You'll need to apply through the agent and go on the lease
-Bills split evenly
-Bond is $847
-Rent is $910.5 pcm
-Transfer fee is $220 (shared with the outgoing housemate)
